Located in a historic downtown Denver building, the Colorado Optometric Association offices were reimagined to bring clarity, warmth, and contemporary professionalism to the nonprofit organization’s headquarters. The existing interior was dated and visually heavy, with dark finishes and limited spatial identity. The redesign focused on elevating the Association’s public presence while improving daily functionality for staff.

Selected by the developer to create the interior environments for the project, our firm designed all eighteen residences within the three-story building, with homes ranging from approximately 1,200 to 2,300 square feet.
