    Phase 3 – Material & Systems Specification

    We select and coordinate all finishes, fixtures, equipment, lighting, plumbing, millwork, and technical elements to ensure cohesive performance and design integrity.

  • Office Design Construction Documentation

    Phase 4 – Construction Documentation

    We produce comprehensive construction documents and specifications for accurate bidding, permitting, and code-compliant execution.

  • Office Construction Administration

    Phase 5 – Construction Administration

    We collaborate with contractors and consultants throughout construction, reviewing submittals and site conditions to ensure the design is executed precisely as intended.

  • Office Corridor

    Phase 6 – Furnishings & Installation

    We specify and coordinate furnishings, artwork, and accessories, overseeing procurement and installation to complete the project with clarity and cohesion.
