Located on the 19th floor of Portland’s Pacwest Center, Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt commissioned a comprehensive redesign of the reception area, conference and training rooms, and associated support spaces. The objective was to create an environment that conveys confidence, longevity, and professional gravitas. The floor plan was reorganized with a primary circulation spine along the building perimeter, allowing panoramic views and natural light to extend into reception, waiting, and meeting spaces through full-height glass partitions. A restrained material palette, custom wool rugs, classic furnishings, and curated artwork complete the interior, reinforcing a sense of refinement and established presence.
