Smile City Square
Inspired by Dr. Mah’s philosophy of “Enriching lives — one smile at a time,” the design of his new dental practice reflects a sense of calm, clarity, and quiet optimism. A 40-foot ceiling height provided the opportunity to create an open, light-filled environment that enhances patient comfort from arrival through treatment.
Crossroads Dental
Designed as a fully customized family dental practice, this project balances clinical precision with warmth and visual vitality. Our scope encompassed complete interior architecture, lighting design, custom millwork, and finish specification — shaping an environment that feels both modern and uplifting.
Baja Mining Corp
For their new 20,000-square-foot headquarters, the client sought an environment that conveyed elegance, credibility, and permanence. Private offices and conference rooms were strategically positioned along the building perimeter, while support functions were consolidated at the core of the floor plate. A glass wall system allows natural light to extend deep into the interior, maintaining visual openness while preserving acoustic privacy. Open workstations, collaborative lounges, a staff bistro and coffee bar, and dedicated wellness amenities create a dynamic workplace that supports interaction, focus, and daily connection.
Hoyt at 10th Leasing Office
Located in Portland’s Pearl District, this leasing office and lobby were designed to reflect the building’s contemporary urban character while offering a refined and welcoming experience for residents and prospective tenants. The material palette of stone, rich wood tones, dark metals, and glass establishes a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere. A sculptural signage installation anchors the entry sequence, reinforcing brand identity while creating visual depth and transparency into the leasing suite.
Meyer Memorial Trust
For Meyer Memorial Trust’s Pearl District headquarters, this tenant improvement reimagines the nonprofit’s offices as a refined and welcoming environment reflective of its longstanding civic presence. The reception was carefully designed to complement a curated collection of artwork, establishing a warm and culturally resonant first impression. Rich, saturated wall tones, natural wood flooring, and custom architectural detailing create depth and permanence throughout the space.
Shaughnessy Country Club
The renovation of Shaughnessy’s private golf and tennis club reimagines the lobby, restaurant, bar, and outdoor dining areas as a cohesive hospitality environment rooted in warmth, craftsmanship, and landscape.
Rocket Donuts
This new construction donut and ice cream shop was conceived as an immersive, retro-futuristic experience inspired by the owner’s extensive collection of vintage sci-fi film posters, props, and memorabilia. The interior celebrates this identity through curated displays integrated into the architecture, transforming the space into a dynamic, story-driven environment.
Trammell Crow
For Trammell Crow Residential’s mixed-use development in Portland’s Pearl District, the developer offices and leasing environments were designed to reflect the firm’s national reputation for quality and sophistication. The interiors balance urban materiality with contemporary refinement, integrating concrete, marble, rich wood tones, and glass to create a confident yet welcoming presence.
Colorado Optometric Assoc
Located in a historic downtown Denver building, the Colorado Optometric Association offices were reimagined to bring clarity, warmth, and contemporary professionalism to the nonprofit organization’s headquarters. The existing interior was dated and visually heavy, with dark finishes and limited spatial identity. The redesign focused on elevating the Association’s public presence while improving daily functionality for staff.
Pearl Health
Located within a late 19th-century brick building in Portland’s Pearl District, this integrative health clinic was conceived as a serene, restorative environment rooted in both sustainability and adaptive reuse. The complete renovation transformed the historic shell into a contemporary wellness destination housing treatment rooms, a pharmacy, and a curated retail apothecary.
Bellingham OB/GYN

A Lot of Flowers
Located within a newly constructed mixed-use building, A Lot of Flowers is a boutique retail interior design project developed from shell space into a vibrant, contemporary custom floral shop. The design establishes a modern architectural framework softened by organic color, natural texture, and layered merchandising.
