Hoyt at 10th Leasing Office

Commercial Office Interior Design

Located in Portland’s Pearl District, this leasing office and lobby were designed to reflect the building’s contemporary urban character while offering a refined and welcoming experience for residents and prospective tenants. The material palette of stone, rich wood tones, dark metals, and glass establishes a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere. A sculptural signage installation anchors the entry sequence, reinforcing brand identity while creating visual depth and transparency into the leasing suite. Spatial organization balances hospitality and functionality — with layered lighting, open sightlines, and carefully defined gathering areas that support both staff operations and resident interaction. The result is a leasing environment that embodies urban elegance and contemporary restraint.

The idea was simple: to help business owners take the guesswork out of web design and make their online presence something they’re genuinely excited about. I work closely with passionate business owners and community leaders, turning their vision into reality with sites that not only look great but also connect with their customers and help their businesses grow.

I bring a mix of marketing theory, intuition, and my creative touch to every project.
