Residential Interior Design
This collection of distinctive waterfront condominiums was designed from an empty building shell as a refined residential complement to a destination resort and spa, offering sweeping Pacific sunsets and private waterfront balconies from every residence. Selected by the developer to create the interior environments, our firm designed all eighteen residences within the three-story building, with homes ranging from approximately 1,200 to 2,300 square feet.
The scope included complete space planning, lighting design, custom cabinetry and built-in millwork, and the comprehensive selection and specification of all finishes, materials, fixtures, and hardware.
Two finish palettes were created to reflect the relaxed sophistication of a coastal retreat. Warm walnut hardwoods, natural stone, refined tilework, textured carpeting, and rich paint palettes create interiors that feel both welcoming and refined. Custom cabinetry and tailored built-ins provide continuity throughout the residences, while expansive windows frame the dramatic waterfront views.
Kitchens serve as central gathering spaces, featuring granite countertops, glass tile backsplashes, professional-grade appliances, seating islands, and dedicated beverage stations. Living areas are anchored by stone-clad floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, while carefully coordinated lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware selections reinforce the high level of craftsmanship expected in an exclusive resort setting. The result is a collection of residences that blend comfort, sophistication, and the timeless appeal of waterfront living—contributing to strong market response and rapid sales for the development.
