RESTAURANT & BAR INTERIOR DESIGN

The Owners of Mingo Restaurant requested a blend of rustic Italian and modern Industrial styles for their organic, Northwest sourced, farm-to-table restaurant at their second location in Beaverton. The roll-up garage-style doors allow the main dining area to spill out into the adjacent urban plaza for outside dining. The main dining area features a separate private dining room, wine bar, waiting areas, public restrooms, and a full commercial kitchen. Organic elements, custom woodwork, wide plank wood floors, rich colors inspired by Tuscany, and custom light fixtures were selected.
