This project received the 2010 Interior Design Institute of BC Design Award

The Client desired an elegant and established law firm feel for their new 20,000sf office space in downtown Vancouver. They wanted the office to exude an established and sophisticated first impression to their clients, with the elegantly appointed elevator lobby, reception area, and main boardroom. The Client wanted all conference rooms and upper management private offices to occupy the perimeter of the building, and in order to encourage natural light into the interior spaces, we designed demountable, undulating, wood-framed glass walls to enclose the perimeter offices, which also provided an organic flow to the corridors. To encourage staff interaction and activities, we designed open office workstations, an employee bistro, coffee bar gathering areas, casual meeting break-out spaces, and a staff locker room. The new offices were highly celebrated by the upper management, the staff, Board of Directors, and their clients.
